Delete your data in the app

The fastest way to delete your data is inside the Just Chicken In app.

Open the app and use: Settings → Delete Data. This permanently removes the information you entered into the app from your device and clears any associated app data stored by Just Chicken In, where applicable.

If you no longer have access to the app

Just Chicken In is designed to minimize identifying information. Because the app does not require accounts and does not collect identifying information that would allow us to match an email request to a specific device record, we may not be able to locate or delete data based on an email request alone.

If you still have access to the device where the app is installed, the in app deletion option is the reliable way to delete your data.

What data is deleted

When you delete data in the app, the following information is removed (to the extent it exists for your device):

• Emergency packet information you entered (for example: contacts, notes, care instructions)
• App setup preferences and saved check in settings
• Locally stored app content and cached data

What may be retained

Some records may be retained by third parties or for limited compliance needs:

• Subscriptions and billing: If you purchased a subscription through Google Play, you can manage or cancel it in Google Play. Google may retain transaction records as required for billing and tax purposes.
• Service provider logs: Limited security or operational logs may be retained for a short period to prevent abuse and maintain service reliability.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.
